This number seems misleading. The fascist #FuckEU is not a federal state. The vast majority of state employed people in EU are employed by their nations or its states/districts, not by EU.

Agree .. not an apple to Apple .. but I feel states in US are pretty much like the nation's in EU .. except for the defence..
I guess Texas is bigger than most EU countries and so is Cal ..
