INDICT BIDEN AND BLINKEN, THANKS TO MERCHAN AND BRAGG

If/when President Trump wins in November, Joe Biden and Antony Blinken can be indicted for unspecified federal campaign violations (although, I can specify at least one) based on the decision in the rogue New York trial.  The 51 former intel officials signed a letter, just weeks before the 2020 general election, to influence the outcome of the presidential election, by arguing that the Hunter laptop contents had all the markings of a Russian operation to influence the election.   In fact, some surveys say it did, although that higher standard of proof is now unnecessary.  Moreover, there is no need to resuscitate an expired state law.  It's straight-up federal.  There is no reason to prove intent.  There is no need to get a majority verdict.

According to sworn testimony by former CIA Deputy Director Michael Morrell, one of the signers, Blinken was the "impetus" behind the public letter.  Blinken was a senior adviser to the Biden campaign.  Moreover, Biden knew about it and, indeed, used the letter during the last presidential debate to dismiss President Trump's reference to Hunter's laptop and its damning contents.  The media followed, of course.

The simple fact is that Biden and Blinken concealed a hugely negative story to benefit Biden's campaign, whether or not they intended to and whether or not it impacted the election, and that's enough. Even so, there is more solid information of their intent as there was no intent of any kind by President Trump.
