Endangering free speech, or encouraging smaller sites with either anonymization, permitted entry, encryption, or some combination of them all?
Something tells me this is worse for X than it is for a Nostr relay on tor.
Better though would be clarifying that the big platforms are stripped of 230 protection when and if they curate content rather than serving as dumb pipes.
