I initially had trouble importing my followers list. I imagine you're having the same issue. First, I double checked all the relays I had added to make sure the relays had the config I wanted. Then, People Lists -> Followed -> Overwrite. Now should be able to see your feed as normal. Takes some getting used to but best desktop client I have used for sure.
This is my struggle, figuring out my relay config I should need.
