ok, so nip 42 relays allow you to authorize only certain npubs to write to the relay and to even view the notes stored on the relay...is that right?

Right. You control access to the data. It's a private relay, not a public one.

cool. can the parameters for authorizing npubs be set to a nip 5 address? instead of authorizing one by one? like if i had hosted a nip 5 address for my work or church as an example
