Wow. The Economist is putting it's feature #podcasts behind a 2 USD/EUR monthly #paywall starting next month after doubling their audience over the last 3 years to 5 Million listeners per month.
Crazy to see they're still billing their #podcasts subscription yearly like the days of the Internet 1.0 from the last century. By boomers for boomers.
As the rest of the legacy #media will now surely follow, I'm so fucking bullshit on Podcasting 2.0
