CFTC Chair says 70%-80% of #crypto are not securities (meaning they would be treated as commodities like #Bitcoin or #Ethereum). I would have expected a much lower percentage of crypto to be commodities under the definition introduced in #FIT21 (assuming the Chair used this definition for his assessment). I think the #altcoin summer is about to kick off.
