• Improve overall mood

Morning sunlight exposure helps regulate our internal clock, leading to:

• Improved sleep quality

• Increased alertness and wakefulness

To reap these benefits, it’s essential to strike a balance between sun exposure and sun protection. Aim for 5-15 minutes of direct sunlight on your arms and face a few times a week, and use sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15 if you’ll be outside for longer than 15 minutes.
