Yes! One went right through our house, literally. Still dealing with the aftermath. Insurance just dropped us for having too many claims.

I’ve had one touch down 20 miles away. And where I live we definitely have tornado warnings every year. But that’s the closest. Nature likes to remind us of its destructive power sometimes.

Several. Last one was in Missouri when I was in basic training. Went through a hurricane this morning. Not the center though. That was about 50 miles west of here.
