Dal khichdi is easier to make as it has fewer ingredients & rasam is a bit complex to get the proportions right.

I was searching if anyone made a rasam tutorial in Japanese but couldn't find any 😔 I hope it turns out good!

I found a recipe that substituted lemon for tamarind,I'll give this a try 🫡.
