I really believe that the clunkiness of Nostr compensates for the worry about whether or not your account is shadow banned.

It is a good thing you can't be shadow banned on a protocol level.

One of this days I saw someone complaining about facebook censoring them. I thought "cool that doesn't happen with my npub".

People can still blacklist you, but I prefer this than corporations or a centralized team doing it. Also, no risk of losing your content.
