If it's not btc being transacted it won't be verified by any asic or miner.. because the code of the transaction had been tampered with and rules are rules..

This is true, but I mean if the rule are respected then could a bad actor insert a little code that interacts with our software? It's difficut in this moment because the code is onchain, in the future we could download any adding data with block!
