can you tell the difference between transgender and gender dysphoria?

you would know how to make the distinction if you had read the link
from the first paragraph:
“Some people who are transgender will experience ‘gender dysphoria’…”
to my original point - people who are transgender in and of itself are not mentally ill/have a mental disorder
