Look for an image online then copy the url. Paste the url in your text and it will be added to your post. If you are on an iPhone and do an image search and find an image you want just tap and hold then tap share then tap copy to get the url. Not all images will work because of weird formatting in the url. Just make sure it ends in something like .jpeg and I think .png works.
