Looks like the button has to be named "block" so the reviewer understands it. And why not, I can add a flag button to profiles and posts. If many users you follow have flagged something, it could be automatically blurred / hidden.

Nice idea. I would use two different and increasing scores, maybe customizable as config, to activate the blurry and the hidden mode.

What mean the "(Public)" near "Block"?
