Typically I focus on leg stretches and leg bending.

I suppose you don't have problems with mobility then you could try

- squat and deep squat

- Leg lunge

- calf raise (could be with doorstep or ladder is fine) --> probably solves your problem , for most people forget to give calf muscle some workouts
