fees pay Am Gains on the network to move pay Cap taxes I to Bitcoin? supposed I

Wouldn't that be a deduction?

Idk. Serious question on my part

Asset depreciation?

Cap gains on the profits only minus the ā€œcostsā€

I'd treat it like an account keeping fee.

If so, Are we supposed to pay Cap Gains taxes on the network fee Cap Gains taxes?

I believe you can add the fees/cost to the originalā€œpurchase priceā€ of the coin when reporting.

#asknostr for inbound the sender paid the fee, so your cost basis is on what you received. Outbound only taxable if you sold btc for usd. (not sent to another btc wallet, not tax advice)*

Yep. Even if between your own wallets. And check that box on your taxes.

It's stupid.

You have to do whatever the government says

YES. AND THIS ZAP I'M SENDING IS INCOME THAT YOU ARE OBLIGATED TO REPORT.
