“Ego sum qui sum.” “I am who am.”

God Is. Meaning God exists necessarily as pure actuality. Aquinas’s First Way explores this further.

God is the creator of the sun and the moon and stars therefore we can appreciate the beauty of His creation but recognize He is outside of it and therefore do not attribute divinity to the cosmos. He is not “an angry old man” but the metaphysically ultimate. He is without parts as Divine Simplicity explains.

I encourage you to better understand the topics of classical theism and Church teachings to better understand who God actually is (as best we can know what is beyond our ability to comprehend).

That's beautiful but not for me. In the end there can be unlimited stories and that's beautiful. Beautiful is also that multiple deities managed to survive on Earth in 2023, not only Yahweh. Many died along history but we still have some nice ones.

But what is the objectively True, the Good, and Beautiful? There can only be one “first mover” and one “uncaused caused”. If gods can be killed then that implies they were alive and had to be born/created. If there is more than one God then which God came first? If more than one exists then which is responsible for creation? Or are they part of creation? If so, then is reality a brute fact? If so, then these so called “gods” are not very godly especially if they behave immorally. There’s far too many logical inconsistencies when you stray from monotheism.

The concept of God itself is enough to elevate humanity as it helps us strive towards our own betterment.

Sun worship is nothing new it has be practised for thousands of years but it is still a false god. The bible is clear it’s view on worshipping sun. The Most High created the universe, he created light of the Sun and the Moon for day and the night.

Worshipping the sun is form of idolatry (sin) as your worshipping Gods creations not the the Most High who creates everything.

“Sun worship was prevalent in all the nations surrounding Israel, including Egypt, Mesopotamia, and Canaan. The sun god was called Amun-Ra in Egypt, Shamash in Mesopotamia, and Shemesh in Canaan. One of the Canaanite cities conquered by the Israelites was Beth-Shemesh, which may have been a center of sun worship.2 The Bible warns against sun worship and warns against burning incense to the sun, moon, stars, and all the host of heaven.3 Asa and Josiah sought to destroy such worship by breaking down the altars to the sun in the cities in all Israel, but it was still practiced at the time of the fall of Jerusalem.0 The sun was also worshiped in the ancient Semitic world.”

Personally I too once thought and was mistaken thinking the sun was a god at one point because it is light of the earth. It has trinity a of its own heat, uv light, and fire. It is born again every morning and dies every night. The sun light provides us with good health, keeps us warm and food via stimulating crop growth. We would be dead without the sun. Etc etc

But ultimately you will never find fulfilment or receive the Holy Spirit from believing the sun is your god. It just leaves empty and reprobated.

This is why praise the Almighty of the Mos tHigh 🙏🏻. I surrender myself and serve him. When you start walking with God the Holy Spirit will enter your heart and will renew your mind. You are rewarded eternal life. Your whole vibration changes when God takes away your burden.

Peace brother have a great day ✝️
