Click the “…” in upper right of note.
Select “copy note id”
Then you can paste that if after a “@“ and it will then populate that note within your note or as you said “quote tweet.”

Did you see the latest update from #[3] & #[4] that allows you to Quote Post in ☝️ click now?
In between the “ 💬 “ and the “ 🤙 “ (at least on Damus) click the “ ♻️ “ and you can select to either “Repost” or “Quote Post”
Crazy how fast #nostr is developing compared to other social media.
