I should have said you also want to go raw, which is fewer carbs. For example:

-Walnuts:

Fat: 83%

Protein: 15.51%

Carbs: 13.96%

-Pecans:

Fat per oz: 20grams

Protein: 4grams

Carbs: 2.6grams

-Pistachios:

Fat per oz: 13.4grams

Protein: 5.8grams

Carbs: 7.8grams

*And these are all healthy fats that reduce weight; fats make you thin, not fat.
