Brown University has the legal right and operational capacity to buy and self-custody Bitcoin, but it currently chooses not to. Plus they could have gotten an institutional custodian. That would have been smarter than paper ETFs. Thus the 🤡
Yea that’s a silly move from them. Much better than them not buying anything though.
