I feel that too. I go back and forth with leaving. Most of the people I am close with are on there so it makes it easy to connect, and I know they appreciate it. I definitely cut my time on the platform back, but idk if I should leave altogether. I took a year and a half away and I think I enjoyed myself more…

The heart never lies. Trust your Intuition and be guided by what nourishes and depletes.

I personally am quite reserved and protective of what I feed my 5 senses. Quite prissy about how everything I let in. After realizing how I need to keep things sacred, I have turned to a more focused and intentionally driven mind space.

Everything else will crumble but your spirit.
