Relay migration is really difficult right now. There are no interfaces to rebroadcast many items like reactions, bookmarks, reports, deletion events etc.
I think this requires a new micro app to get everything from or about a person and send to the new relay they are setting up.

Would certain relays not blacklist npubs that push too many events at once? I know people have had problems with this in the past when transfering between relays
