I wondering about the rules. Do 100% of the sats from paid invoices get paid to the winner? How can participants audit the payout?

I’m assuming it’s as simple as this. At the end of it, select a random number between 1 and “tkts sold”. That person gets it all.

As for the audit, I have no clue if it is.
