Hahhaa. His early stuff was a bit wilder and his concerts would be a lot of improv
I saw an album named Salad Days, which reminded me of my era…Minor Threat’s album of the same name. “Indie” wasn’t a term back then, we had punk rock, hardcore, post-punk, goth, new wave etc. First show I moshed at (but we called it slamming or slam dancing) was Black Flag, 1985 I think.
