Amethyst is good in that it supports tor, but we need relays to support tor as well so you can connect to the relay end to end encrypted without leaving through an exit node.
We do have them but not sure how many. nostr:npub1ktt8phjnkfmfrsxrgqpztdjuxk3x6psf80xyray0l3c7pyrln49qhkyhz0 please point to the list you created on GitHub.
