Since ~2003 you can build a 10 billion dollar company without needing more than 50 people.

Nostr already has more than 50 developers. 🤔

Since 2023 with AI tools, this 50 figure probably collapses to 5 people. 😁🤖

It would not surprise me if 20 years from now, there are 100 assets that emerge from this community with combined worth of a tech giant.

It somehow feels likely.

It will be messy and clunky, there will be set backs and it will be hard, but it will advance in a punctured manner. It’s going to advance. Once you see it, you can’t deny it.

I said earlier in the year that zaps could grow to USD 1 trillion / yr equivalent in capital flow after a decade, and I still think that’s possible especially after seeing zaps pass the 10^6 zap event milestone in first few months.

What do others think?

My opinion hasn’t blunted at all since November. It’s only been validated again and again, as time has passed.
