Literally just based off of reputation and PoW. Not sure if the OG's ever had this in the old days, but seeing it play out the last 4 years has been exciting.
Only down side I have seen happen recently in the past year are the spooks who pose as Plebs to disrupt that organization. Their easier to spot.
