The trick is to eat everything but never to the point of feeling full...you stop right before feeling satisfied that way your stomach will not dillatte giving the wrong impression of not being satieted. Plus, avoid eating too much fries or fatty foods on a regular basis. I don't drink sodas for example, but I love a ginger ale. I will not stop myself having it but not as a habit is like a once in a while pleasure. I usually only drink water and coffee. This helps a lot keeping shape because sodas are nothing else than a sugar bomb. Very unhealthy.
