Good morning nostr, and happy Friday. I slept in fits and starts last, so i might need another cup of coffee this morning. I love our dogs, but sometimes they really test our patience. Anyway, today i'll need to prep the bnb cabin for guests checking in tomorrow, then all the usual chores around here. Good morning 🌞 Daisy drama?
Yes. We've always crated her at night, and she's gotten into a habit of whining and wanting to go outside in the middle of the night. I have watched her, and she doesnt do anything when we let her out. But she has always been a bit neurotic, so there's that.
Either there's an animal you can see that she's hearing or she's just getting old. My dog did that too. He would just go outside and stand there then come back inside.
Probably the latter. Even though she's still pretty spry, she's probably around 13-15 yrs old. Shelter dog, so not sure. But Daisy will start barking incessantly after shes been outside, so then we cant sleep for the barking. Then back in the crate, and she'll calm down.
