The physical place nip should just have extra tags added on.and then the booking via nip 99 should make a calendar event especially bc the reservation shouldn't be made by the person requesting it, it should be made by the person who owns the space accepting the reservation.

Believe it or not, I tried finding existing NIPS for the purposes of rentable spaces. I must've missed this as a possibility and can look into NIP-99's feasibility here.
