Not a bad summary. He looked at El Zonte and Berlin, but perhaps didn't spend enough time on the capital (but e.g. San Benito is kinda the same). These areas are very, eeven ludicrously, expensive if you judge purely by living standards.
The country is not in any orthodox sense, a good deal for real estate, I agree with him about that. You could speculate on it, ofc.
