While I do agree 💯 that the mainstream education system is designed to dumb the populations down, it seems that the maths ain't matching with your statistics here. If an average person started with an IQ of 100, after 12 years of education they would have a minus IQ of -20. Maybe this is where all the politicians fiit into your equation?

From a 100 start what would be the result of a 10% decrees every year over 12 years?
If you start with 100 and reduce it by 10% each year for 12 years, the result would be:
