Pt4/c Santa Rosa Hitchhiker Murders. Finding common links in San Francisco and Santa Rosa.

This man had family in the area but no proof that he lived there has been found. Being that I only have the first and middle initials, I'm sending my info to the cold case investigator to confirm.
