Bitcoin doesn't care.

It’s weird that people talk about “mass adoption” and don’t actually want the majority of people to adopt it.

I don’t. I want it all for me. I’m dead serious. Fuck other people.

I would love for everyone to adopt Bitcoin. Is there something I said that would lead you to believe otherwise?

If that’s true, then the messaging has to speak to the values of the people who hear it. You don’t get left-leaning college students with hardcore Austrian economics. That’s just how it is.

I would like for everyone to adopt Bitcoin but just because I would like for Elizabeth Warren to adopt it, doesn't mean she ever will.

LOL, no. She’s never going to change. She has to be made irrelevant.

Unfortunately, along with a lot of other "progressives" . That's my point. And it is unfortunate. I want the best for all people. I think the best for all people is to adopt Bitcoin. But everybody buys Bitcoin at a price they deserve. To try to sell Bitcoin to a progressive is much like a Trojan horse. You can dress it up in messaging all you want but that doesn't change what Bitcoin is.

Hardcore Austrian Economics is Bitcoin. Nothing is going to change that. It also just happens to be the truth. You can either avoid the truth your whole life, or come around to it at some point. The sooner the better. Everyone buys Bitcoin at a price they deserve.

I think there are other messages that will work for different groups. Most people don’t understand economics at all (any kind), so that kind of talk usually just goes over peoples’ heads.

It's so unfortunate how economically illiterate most people are

That’s by design.

Bitcoin does not care.

People however use bitcoin and people care. A lot of misinformed progressives think that bitcoin boils oceans and drains swimming pools and they may not listen to a righty telling them otherwise.

Let's give a hypothetical example:

Elizabeth Warren quotes nonsense about bitcoin transactions draining swimming pools, and there is a group of "progressives" that believe this nonsense.

If you want these progressives to know the truth who do you think would be more fitting to convince them? nostr:npub1gdu7w6l6w65qhrdeaf6eyywepwe7v7ezqtugsrxy7hl7ypjsvxksd76nak or nostr:npub13lkyycj8s3da6fhndtj0wd6s3s2ahmq86s7wrruvzd4tnc66cgfqn4lpsy?

I am not trying to criticize anybody's standpoints or environmental viewpoints here, I'm merely pointing out that if you want more people into bitcoin you need all different types of people involved to help move things forward.

See there's the problem. Libertarians are not right wing. Yet you seem to perceive it that way. The Overton window has shifted so far to the left that the center is now considered the right. Liberal is in the word libertarian. Because we believe in basic concepts of liberty.
