Yes? There are plenty of servers that even let you pay with Monero. So long as they aren't hosting CP, and so long as they let the NSA spy on everything you use that VPS for, I don't think there is anything preventing a VPS from offering their services to any random person on the internet.

I love datacenters that let me pay with Monero, that's the other half of the equation.
The NSA will simply tell my government what my server is hosting, if it is political content.
My government will then threaten to confiscate the US-based datacenter's Australian assets, if they have any. Or apply to courts in allied nations to do the same.
Yes, there are smaller providers with no assets outside the USA and with admins who never travel. I salute those, but relying on them to "hold up the sky" is madness.

Yes, the NSA will be after your ass if they ever find out you are Australian. But how would they ever find out?
If I pay with Monero via Tor, they'll really struggle with that :)
Getting access logs will give them my visitors, though. And holding the hosting provider's assets at risk will allow them to shut me down or implant malware.
