Can Nostr give access to the internet if ISPs refuse to provide you an internet service?
Not really, the state controls ISPs so if you're disobedient, no nostr for you

I guess. If there are two checkpoints: access to the internet itself and access to social media accounts, you'd be circumventing their blocking access to the internet by using an anonymous SIM card and then nostr would allow you to use social media even if other platforms wouldn't let you in on them
I meant related to the use of Nostr. So, "anonymous" phone and Nostr. I don't use other platforms anyway. I am Nostr only 😎🤙.
