Morning routine
Get up early - I love the early morning hours
Then a short reflection - meditate or simply dwell on my thoughts
Journaling - write down a few thoughts, be grateful
Put on the coffee
Shower (unfortunately I can't manage to take a cold shower, I mean really cold)
Breakfast and coffee, ahhhh coffee
Then cut fruit and vegetables, prepare breakfast for βthe othersβ, send a few digital reminders
Laundry, dishwasher,...
Write a plan for the day
A short walk
Take a deep breath
In the car and off to work
