A situation I find myself:

If I find evidence of fraud in the workplace and when I bring it up to the individual and their response was: Not sure why you would say that. come on up theirs a job for you here if you think its easy.

I honestly don't care about the fraud, its the customer service that went down the drain. Would you feel any remorse escalating the issue?

If I may, my question is: why does it matter to you to report them? What's your objective? Reading between what you posted I'd assume because you care for the people who are affected as a result of such event. If you are acting within your values and you are fighting what you believe in then I'd say "go for it". However, how would you feel if you sit and watch as the event unfolds right before you? Is inaction will give you inner peace? ☺️🫂

I do care about the people I work with. Most of my issue lies in that a customer paid good money for a car and they were unable to use it for the first 2 months. I have no issues with fraud if the customer benefits.

I guess that where my displeasure sits the individual is choosing the company over the customer.

I can also sense that part of me wants to just go to work and not rock the boat and continue with my life cause its “just part of the job”.

Thank you for letting me talk through this. Your presence on nostr intrigues me. I see in just two of your actions that you have achieved a high level of peace which I would love to emulate.
