Another logical fallacy. Just because sunscreen disrupts hormones (assuming true, I don’t know), doesn’t mean excessive sun exposure doesn’t damage your skin and increase risk of skin cancer.
The logical fallacy here is that sun exposure is bad, and/or that Max is advocating for “excessive” sun exposure.
It is healthy in doses, as with most anything else.
