Replying to Avatar rabble

I’ve read that the best way to take a nap is to drink a coffee then go to sleep. It takes about 20 minutes for your body to actually react to the caffine so you sleep then wake up with the effect of the coffee. Maybe your body absorbs caffeine more slowly than others.

Not for me; if I drink coffee after 4 pm I can’t sleep either for a nap or during the night at all!
