So, here is how I have made much more time for my various chats and projects and readings...

Step 1) Live in a village in the middle of nowhere, in the land of perpetual rain.

Step 2) Have no car, so walking and biking becomes your daily sport.

Step 3) Work part-time and be hyper-efficient.

Step 4) Have no minor children (anymore) or housepets.

Step 5) Replace sleep with coffee.

Step 6) Watch no TV, play no video games, rarely travel or "go out", etc.

Step 7) Have activities, relatives, and acquaintances, but no real-life friends.

Step 8) Be extremely fast at reading, writing, and curating pictures.

Step 9) Be old and broke.

Step 10) Procrastinate filing your income tax returns.

In Switzerland you can fill out a special simpler tax declaration form if you‘re poor and have no income. So being broke actually saves you time there.

In Germany, you don't have to file at all, unless you owe them money. So poor people tend to not file and the government keeps their refund. Clever.

I have to file in the USA and Germany, which is a big PITA. Sat down to do so for the third time, yesterday, and ended up posting pictures of women in carriages and joking about dragonslaying, instead.

But I cannot escape it, forever.

sounds familiar 😉
