Cheers! Been working hard the last couple of months and aiming to beat my PB in 5k, 10k and HM before summer.
Good for you, winter is the best time to train, only the most dedicated do it though (I'm not one of them 🤣).

Nice, yeah well it gets pretty rough here but even in the depths of winter once the plough has gone by and the sun is out (aka no ice) there's no excuse really, but it's tough not to find one.
