I also think it's the future. I forwarded another video on bitcoin mortgages and bonds to a mortgage broker friend on the city council. He's ambitious, maybe he will pursue it. Someone will, and they will dominate long term debt.

Someone has to explain the key mangement to me while locking the BTC up in a time lock for 2, 5,10, 20, or 30 years. How do you trade these things on the open market. You'd have to trade the keys around WITH the bond and once you've seen the keys, then it's over. How will the bonds jump WITH the keys from owner to owner on the OTC desk?
