No, TCP/IP I would say is not ‘nazi tech’ knowing who was involved.

Just saying there’s certainly a direct correlation from Paperclip into the creation of DARPA. It had to go Pc-> DARPA. Couldn’t have gone the other way

Very quick thought I had driving yesterday. Have not spent much time diggin on those two in relation to each other
