sometimes a hard reset needs to be performed to eliminate needless bureaucracy and old laws that are now idiotic.
it is the same as cleaning out the junk drawer in your kitchen from. time to time.
would be nice if it can be done without a huge war from time to time, but i don't know if it is humanly possible
