All day I was in the chocolate kitchen mining fiat to dump for bitcoin!👨‍🍳 Shift is almost done...just cleaning up now. Made tons of little salted caramel nut & hazelnut chocolate goodies!

Chef is always experimenting & teaching me things. I saw him making rose petal🌹 and sour cherry🍒 chocolates today! Yummm!

I also learned about "bottoming" chocolates😅 so they don't bloom quickly on the visible tops. I told chef that I thought bottoming was something completely different.🤣
