i hope that there will be a convergence here, i think this is a perfect target for voting by migration, it's a small place, really, i used to live in Novi Sad, which had about the same population, 300k people... but it's so much bigger and more crazy... madeirense are quite a different kind of people, something that has to be experienced... born of a land with more ups and downs and in the north, crazy storms, that i think help to build temper in the mettle of people's characters
