I'm an hour in, and I can see from your angle, that what you say is true - it's also true to say, Erik want's you to get his point, like - just listen to me, do the thing, get off zero - do it, just do it - do it etc ... and he says he is frustrated basically because he sees people around him just shrugging it off and moving on, remaining in the cage - that's got to get seriously under your skin. So from this angle, it's more like well I'm just going to rant and shout at you and call you out, maybe that will work for some people listening to it - they be like, 'who's this dope, I'll proof him wrong, I'll look into it .. ' and bam, they're in - or it could be someone saying 'geez this guy is pissed what's he so pissed about, would Bitcoin actually be good for me?' etc --- they want to turn people on, but how unbelievable frustrating it is to see your friends, not get on the life raft?

I guess so. Perhaps I mistook the frustration for hubris.
