does anyone know of a non-seed form of dietary fibre?

i tried psillium husk for a while and it worked great but then i started dermatitis herpeteformis - which was when i figured out finally that i have celiac (it's a common rash suffered by people with celiac, and i've had this since my late 20s)

i'm thinking, maybe coconut ... what's it called, dessicated coconut? it's basically the white flesh of coconut after they squeeze out the oil

it might be good, but any other ideas i'm listening

i simply am not digesting fats properly without a substantial amount of fibre in my diet... if all else fails, yeah, next time i go to the shop i'm buying a few sacks of dessicated coconut and adding a big pile of it to my morning banana lassi's

technically bananas are actually some kind of seed, and i'm already eating a lot of them, but they are not so great because high in sugar and starch... good for potassium, but not enough fibre... i'm gonna try just adding the coconut at this point, pretty sure i can get it at my local, if not i should be able to find it at the next town
